Return and Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 If you wish to cancel your booking for a domestic tour, you must notify us in writing or via email at least 1 day or 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure date.

1.2 Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled departure date may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the time remaining until the departure date and any non-refundable expenses incurred by us in connection with your booking.

1.3 In the event that you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or family emergency), we may, at our discretion, waive or reduce the cancellation fee upon receipt of appropriate documentation.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 1 day/ 24 hrs of receiving your cancellation request, subject to the terms outlined in section 1 above.

2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

2.3 Any non-refundable expenses incurred by us in connection with your booking (such as non-refundable deposits paid to hotels or other service providers) will be deducted from the refund amount.
