Which is more fully described in the Schedule[Herein after referred as <b>“Schedule Property”</b>].</p> <p>Whereas, the vendor purchased the Undeveloped Converted –land bearing Survey Old no. 270/4 and New Survey No. 270/7, measuring 2 (Two) Acres 20 (Twenty) guntas situated at <b>Mandakalli Village,</b> KasabaHobli, Mysore Taluk, Mysore from Smt. <b>Smt. S.THARA, (PAN: AYZPS0463L), W/o Sri</b>. V.Mahesh, Aged about 37 years, R/at # 17, Gaganachumbi Road, Kuvempunagara, Chamaraja Mohalla, Mysore through registered sale deed bearing Document No. MYN-1-01308 -2019-20, stored in CD No. MYND 528 of Book I registered before the Sub Registrar,Mysuru North,Mysuru on 27/05/2019. The vendor applied for Layout plan before the MUDA,Mysuru.</p> <p> Whereas ever since the vendor herein have been enjoying the said schedule property as its absolute, exclusive property and having good marketable title and owns absolute power of disposal over the schedule property. The sale transaction shall be completed within 45 Days from the date of obtaining Khata from MUDA, Mysuru I respect of the Schedule Site.</p> <ul class="terms-list"> <li>The Vendor has agreed to hand over the available Original documents to the Purchaser at the time of registration of the regular sale deed before the concerned Sub-Registrar, Mysore.
